Prepare Your Installation Area
Before installing your railing, measure the full length of each section and identify corners, wall connections, stairs, and other transitions. Make sure the mounting surface is structurally sound and ready for the spigots or mounting hardware.
Position the Spigots
Mark each spigot location according to your glass panel layout. Spigots should be evenly positioned and securely anchored into the appropriate structural substrate.
Use a level during installation to ensure each spigot is properly aligned before tightening the mounting hardware.
Install the Laminated Glass
Carefully position each laminated glass panel into the installed spigots. Check that the panels are level, plumb, and properly aligned with adjacent sections before securing them.
Never drill, cut, or modify laminated glass panels on site. If a panel does not fit correctly, verify the measurements and mounting positions before proceeding.
Complete the Installation
Once all panels are positioned and secured, install the appropriate connectors, gaskets, and cap rail where required. Perform a final inspection to ensure all hardware is tight and the entire railing system is properly aligned.
